We are a new company located in Senegal seeking Agriculture Engineers that have experience in Hydroponics. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Masters University degree in a field that is relevant to the position (agriculture engineer, biology, botany, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years of professional work in Hydroponic farming. - Strong leadership and ownership mentality - Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, professionalism and a passion for plant growth - Ability to work under stress and a self-starter RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the daily oversight of the facilities operational programs and departments forecasting and communicating updates and plans to Owner/operator - Perform/track soil, water, disease tests as needed. - Identify and report to Owner if potential bottlenecks or hazards in operations and forecasting begin to arise. - Inspects equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Responsible for monitoring that crop work is being completed in set time frames and done properly - Crop and climate registration and interpretation of measured data. - Training personnel as required. - Ability to recognize and report problems with equipment, building structure and crops as needed IMPORTANT NOTE: Send CV's through email or Whatsapp at +221 77 874 14 21.
